A simple and genuine cuisine based mainly on meat, cold cut, cheeses and land’s products: from lentils to spelled, from red potatoes to truffles, from extra virgin olive oil to different kind of wines.
These are the raw materials we use in our kitchen, with full respect for seasonality.
