Exhibition of comics – at the Callicola Palace of Spoleto (Perugia)

This event is organized, for Christmas 2011, with the aim of recovering funds for the reconstruction of the fourteenth-century fountain in Piazza San Marco, in the historic center of L’Aquila, devastated by the earthquake of last April.
The authors of the comic, the visual design and illustration, coming from all over the world, will offer one or more original copies of their work, to contribute to the reconstruction of historical sites destroyed by the disaster.
Soul Christmas 2011 in the Trasimeno Lake (Perugia)

Winter edition of the Trasimeno Blues, Soul Christmas concert returns with the traditional Gospel and Spiritual music in Paciano and then, from December the 25th to January the 6th, every evening the Trasimeno hamlets will be the protagonists of the great gospel music.

It takes place the festival “Autumn of Taste in Norcia and in Valnerina” with the aim of promoting the development of Norcia and Valnerina and which involves the construction of the “Appeal Process to ‘Prosciutto 2’, the preparation and implementation of a competition among chefs, workshops on the promotion of rural realities, the realization of a national television program to promote culinary excellence in the area and to guide viewers through the territory and the region.

Model Railway Exhibition in Gubbio (Pg)
From the 3rd to 6th of December.
Promoted by the city of Gubbio, and by the “model trains of Perugia”, will be held in Gubbio the 6th edition of the exhibition “Model Railway”.
The preparations are realized in the arches of Via Baldassini, Praetorian Palace and Piazza Grande and divided into several sections:
• Plastics: scale reproduction of landscapes with the presence of railway trains in motion or static
• exhibition of models: space for the exhibition of locomotives, freight cars and convoys
• Documentation: hall dedicated to the exhibition of objects and accessories
• live steam: – construction of a small stretch of railway in real 1:11 scale, with a working steam locomotives
Christmas Tree in Ingino Mountain, Gubbio (PG)

Mount Ingino is decorated with a giant electric lighting, designed to draw a beautiful Christmas tree. Always in the Christmas season, the Vittorina park is set up a nativity scene at life-size.

Nativity in the “Well of Cava”, in Orvieto (Tr)

The nativity is set up by speleologists into the well which is 36 meters deep.
The theme of this edition is the “market”. It is rebuilt a corner of Bethlehem during the year zero with the streets of colorful markets, magicians and soothsayers.
The Christmas Tree of Majolica in Perugia – Piazza dei Consoli, Deruta

In the historic center of the town, the pro Deruta will set up a large Christmas tree, 15 meters high. The peculiarity of the tree is to be decorated with “balls” of majolica, made by all Deruta craftsmen.
